These Terms of Service set out the rules for using ozis.io and for buying OZIS products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by OZIS Sports (“OZIS”, “we”, “us”). By browsing ozis.io, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Using the site

You agree to use ozis.io lawfully and not to:

• copy, scrape or resell the site’s content without our written permission;
• interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in a way that damages the site or other users’ access;
• submit false information, or place an order you do not intend to pay for.

3. Products, prices and availability

Prices on ozis.io are shown in US dollars (USD) and can change without notice. We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours, sizes and packaging can vary slightly between production runs, and occasional errors in descriptions or prices do occur.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a delay, or a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and, where applicable, when your payment is confirmed. Payment must be completed before an order ships.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address cannot be served, if a pricing or description error is obvious, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns and warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and the product warranty described there.

6. Intellectual property

The OZIS name and logo, the text, images, videos and design of this website, and the OZIS product names and descriptions, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them commercially without our written consent. You are welcome to link to our pages or share our product images when writing about OZIS.

7. Reviews and other content you send us

If you send us a review, comment or photograph, you confirm that it is yours to share and that it does not break any law or third-party right. You give us permission to publish it on our site, and on our social media, with the name you supply. We may edit it for length or clarity, or decline to publish it.

8. Product use and safety

Inflatables and outdoor games must be used as described in the instructions supplied with the product. That includes assembling and anchoring the product correctly, keeping to the stated capacity and age guidance, and supervising children at all times. Do not use a product that is damaged or that has been repaired in a way we have not approved.

9. Third-party sites and marketplaces

Our site links to third-party websites, including our Amazon Store and our social media pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their terms. Orders placed on Amazon.com are a contract between you and Amazon, sold under Amazon’s terms and policies; for those orders, Amazon’s terms apply.

10. Disclaimer

We work to keep ozis.io accurate, available and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Except for the product warranty and the consumer rights that apply by law, the site and its content are provided without additional warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction over it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a new service or change how the site works. The version published on this page applies from the date shown below.
