Payment Method

OZIS Sports products can be bought in two places: on ozis.io, or from our official Amazon Store. This page explains how payment works in each case and how your payment details are protected.

Buying on ozis.io

Orders placed on ozis.io are completed through our encrypted (SSL) checkout. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase, and are repeated on your order confirmation email.

Where an order is paid by bank transfer, the payment details and reference to use are shown on the confirmation page and sent to you by email. The order is not shipped until the payment has cleared.

Available payment options can vary by order value, item size and destination. If you need a specific payment method that is not offered for your order, contact us before placing it and we will tell you what we can do.

Buying on Amazon

Most OZIS products are also available in our official Amazon Store. Payment for those orders is handled entirely by Amazon.com, using the payment methods and buyer protection on your Amazon account. For help with an Amazon order, use your Amazon order page and Amazon customer service.

Prices and currency

All prices on ozis.io are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices, promotions and product availability can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

How we protect your payment information

• Your payment details are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card or bank details on our website.
• We never ask for your payment details by email, text message or social media. If you receive a message claiming to be from OZIS and asking for payment details, please report it to us.
• Your order confirmation and receipt are emailed to the address on the order.

If a payment fails or cannot be completed

If a payment cannot be completed, the order will not be processed and we will let you know. Nothing is charged unless an order is successfully placed, and if an order is cancelled any authorised amount is released back to your original payment method.
