• Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment has been made, but we do not store your full card or bank account details on this website.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us through this site or by email, we keep the message and your contact details so that we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry.
• Reviews. If you leave a review on a product, we store the review and the name you publish with it.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you give us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by emailing us.
• Technical information. Like most websites we receive basic technical data automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit on ozis.io.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders, and to provide order confirmations, invoices and delivery updates.

Amazon and other third-party sites

Our site links to our Amazon Store and to our social media pages. Once you follow one of those links, the privacy policy of that website applies. Orders placed on Amazon.com are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s own privacy policy — we receive only the order information Amazon provides to sellers.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, and enquiry and newsletter details until they are no longer needed or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Email ozisbrand@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

Our products are designed for play, but this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
